Welcome to Bleeding Muse : 31 Dr Who (artwork) and 40 Aliens

First post here yay! Just a reminder if you've friended

nicole9514 for the graphics you'll want to unfriend me there and friend this journal instead :) It's where all my work will be posted from now on :)

I wanted to do something a little different. I found all this amazing Dr Who artwork from the Dr Who (2006-2008 storybooks) and had to icon it :) There's Rose/Ten, Rose/Nine and Ten/Martha.

I also have been on a huge Alien kick :) Aliens is one of my all time fav movies, I watched it over and over again...seriously. :) So I've got some icons to that. I'm such a Hicks/Ripley shipper :) and Michael Biehn is so freakin fine

Also? You are made of awesome. Aliens is made of awesome. I watch it at least once a week. Without Ellen Ripley, there would have been no Xena, Buffy, Alias, etc. And Hicks/Ripley FTW! *stares at the pretty*

HEll YES!! another aliens lover :) I think i've seen it a couple hundred times lol. That is so true she is the original strong female character :) Hicks/Ripley my orginal ship lol before i knew what shipping was :)

Would you believe that two of the storybooks (at least) are available in the US? I did some rooting around, and I saw that they're available at Who North America.

Nice icons! Both Who and Aliens! Always liked the Ellen/Dwayne storyline in Aliens.

I didn't know there was a 2006 storybook, too! I got the 2007 and 2008 ones. I'll have to see if I can get the other one, though it's probably out of print by now.

For those in the States, look up Alien Entertainment or Doctor Who North America online for Who stuff. Not guaranteeing they'll still have 'em, but that's where I got my 2007 and 2008 storybooks, and the annuals, as well.

Seeing these icons earlier today made me REALLY want to watch Aliens, cause it had been SUCH a long time since I had just sat down and watched it...

So I finished doing just that, and had to rush back over here to snatch up an Aliens icon cause i NEED one for my journal!

I haven't decided which of the shiny I want, but will definitely credit which ever one i pick! XD
